I promote and share yoga and wellbeing because for me they have been transformational.
At 24, in India, my yoga journey started. For many years I had an infrequent posture practice, but that sweet post yoga calm kept me returning to the mat. My first teacher training opened my mind to the many parts of yoga and my heart to the interconnectedness that we are all part of. I am now committed to be a forever student.
Yoga has been the anchor that has kept me grounded. My practice has provided the stability to find trust & safety within; in order to engage in healing from past experiences and demist a lens of curiosity, gratitude and compassion.
Personal experiences and a felt calling drive my passion to reduce individual and collective suffering. Alongside the joy that comes with witnessing another find space and open to new possibilities.

I am committed to working with racially minoritised communities, as well as the many among us that live with trauma and mental health challenges.
Alongside open public offerings, I provide free and subsidised rates to groups that may not feel at home in yoga spaces because of difference or disadvantage.
If we share an experience the ripples of your choice to work with me will be felt across Bristol, so, thank you!
