8 Week course for Anxiety & Depression
Starting February 2025
Yoga is a practice that quiets the mind, allowing space to discern what is important & true. Regular practice will give rise to presence, improve holistic health & overtime lead to a greater connection to self, nature & other living beings.
In awareness, compassion & acceptance become more accessible leading to more embodied comfort in the skin you are in.
In class expect breath practices, fluid movements, strengthening & softening postures & rest. Reflections are offered to help anchor you in the practice & explore your experience. All offerings are trauma informed and underpinned by yoga philosophy.

Being trauma informed means I constantly hold in awareness that people in my classes may have had difficult experiences, which can influence how you feel in class, how you feel doing yoga generally and how you connect to and view your body and your being.
In all of my classes everything I offer is an invitation. You can put your mat where you like, use the bathroom when you like, take or leave practices and postures as you choose. You are the expert of your body and your experience.
